Returns: We do not accept returns.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
